The wine heritage.
Once a wine producing Domaine, the Château will experience once more wine flowing from its cave. Each owner will be able to participate in the wine making process both tasting & mixing the wine in the Château’s secret tunnel, each owner will also benefit from the Château’s very own wine production; A partnership between Franz Vènes, “Domaine Massamier la Mignarde” & “Château de la Redorte”.
Owners will receive 12 bottles of the estate’s wine each year.
Local cooking classes, wine tasting, regional products… Thanks to the estate’s olive grove and organic garden, you will be introduced to the gastronomic secrets of southern France. Experience organic olive oil, aubergine and pepper mixtures, simple food yet mouth watering dishes… a refined, yet convivial Mediterranean cuisine.
