Head of Marketing & Brand Development

Justin, also a co-founder of DLSH, has over 12 years strategic marketing and brand development experience at Marketing Director level for several blue-chip, premium worldwide brands, such as Mars and Hertz.

He has a Masters Degree in Marketing and experience in retail, automotive, fashion and travel, as well as property marketing. Prior to joining the team at DLSH he ran his own marketing agency, specialising in online marketing, web design and implementation, social media and developing successful marketing strategies and business models.

Justin was key in the positioning of the DLSH brand and the development of the David Lloyd Signature Homes Customer Charter or Seal of Reassurance, which underpins the core brand values and aspirations of DLSH.
