Richard was a co-founder of David Lloyd Signature Homes. He has over 25 years experience in UK and international property sales and management and has been key in several successful business start-ups.
He began his property career in UK property investment sales and management and eventually established his own business in the late 1980′s. The business specialised in building investment portfolios and selling new-build, UK properties to international buyers. His clients were based in all corners of the world, from the middle east, far east, Russia, South Africa as well as Europe. The Company worked in partnership with many major UK house builders such as Persimmon Homes, Berkeley Homes, St George plc, Laing Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Bellway Homes.
More recently he was a founding partner in a business specialising in selling farmhouses and traditional village properties in Andalucia, southern Spain, mainly to the British market. Both of these businesses still operate successfully today.
Richard has vast experience in the property field and extensive business contacts together with the in-depth market knowledge required to establish and drive forward David Lloyd Signature Homes.
Richard is highly motivated and enjoys meeting people. He says: “For me, the property world is not all about bricks and mortar, it is about people. I love the property business because I love meeting new people and helping them to achieve their property ambitions, be it a dream holiday home, a successful investment or a combination of both.

Richard lives in north London and enjoys cycling, tennis, sailing and watching Arsenal. He is also a keen musician and plays guitar and piano.
