Once you have identified a property that you are interested in purchasing, you will no doubt want to arrange a trip to view the property, experience the resort and explore the local area. Our experience tells us that most of our clients prefer to not be ‘herded’ around on a subsidised trip but rather be free to take their time to explore at their own pace.
The viewing arrangements may vary from property to property but in most cases our developer partners are pleased to provide accommodation for two people on the resort, or nearby where resorts are still being constructed, at a subsidised cost, for 2 or 3 nights, together with a lunch and an evening meal. Clients are normally required to arrange and pay for their own flights but will be met at the airport and taken to their accommodation by one of our resort representatives. Alternatively, if preferred, you can hire a car and make your own way to the property.
We will of course be pleased to help you with the arrangements for your trip, from advice on flights and car hire, arranging your accommodation and tailoring your itinerary to ensure you make the most of your time while at the resort. We will provide you with the names and contact numbers for our local representative and put all of the details and arrangements in writing so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
